This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all digital products and subscription services offered by InformBytes, Manikonda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500089, India. This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and applicable Indian laws.

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your account and navigating to Subscription Settings, or
  • Emailing support@informbytes.com with your registered email and cancellation request.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the Services until the billing period ends. No charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instantaneous nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we offer the following refund provisions:

Eligible Refunds

  • 7-day refund for new subscribers: First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase if the product does not work as described.
  • Technical failure: If a confirmed technical error on our part prevents access to the purchased service, a full refund will be issued regardless of time elapsed.

Non-Eligible Refunds

  • Renewal charges after the initial subscription period.
  • Requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Subscriptions that have been previously refunded.
  • Change-of-mind requests after the 7-day window.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Email support@informbytes.com with your order ID, registered email, and reason for the refund request.
  • We will review and respond within 2 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with the resolution, disputes may be escalated under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 through the appropriate consumer forum in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
