Send a privacy request
Email [email protected] with the subject Privacy request. You can ask to access or correct your information, request erasure, withdraw consent, raise a grievance, or record/change a nominee.
- Describe what you want us to do. Where relevant, provide your order number or account email, rather than payment details.
- Use your existing account/order email where possible. We may verify control of that email or ask for another proportionate verification step.
- Do not send passwords, card details, Aadhaar, PAN or identity-document scans. We will explain any specific verification need and agree a suitable method first.
We aim to acknowledge requests within three working days and address grievances within one month of receipt. We check website, licensing, email, provider and backup records as relevant. If information must be retained, we explain the reason. A website-only export or account deletion does not automatically complete every external-system step.

Nomination and escalation
To record a nominee, tell us you want to make or change a nomination. We will explain the minimum information and verification needed; please do not send another person’s identity documents in an unsolicited message. Statutory nomination and Board complaint rights apply when the relevant legal provisions are in force. Raise a grievance with the contact above first; once the Board complaint route is available and applicable, we will explain it in our response.
