These terms cover use of informbytes.com and purchases from InformBytes. InformBytes is the trade name of Gitiri Pranav Kumar HUF. Gitiri Pranav Kumar operates the website in the capacity of Karta and is the helpdesk and grievance contact. For purchase-specific rights, read these terms with the product description, any product licence and our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.
1. Articles and digital products
We publish articles about cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, geopolitics and markets, and offer digital guides, reports, code resources and software tools. Content is for information and education. It is not personalised financial, investment, legal or security advice. Trading involves risk; an indicator does not guarantee profits or identify every market event. A guide or example does not guarantee security, regulatory compliance or fitness for every environment.
2. Accounts and permitted use
Purchases and account registration are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Provide accurate order/contact information, protect your credentials and use only accounts and purchases you are authorised to access. Do not share passwords or licence keys publicly, redistribute protected paid materials without permission, circumvent access controls, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully. A customer account alone does not establish payment or an entitlement to a product. Contact us if you need help accessing a confirmed purchase.
3. Prices, payment and delivery
Prices and payments are in Indian rupees (INR) for Indian billing addresses and United States dollars (USD) for other supported billing countries. The currency and total are shown before payment. Check the item, price and any separately stated charges or taxes in the order summary before paying. Your payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or other fees. These terms do not represent that every listed price includes tax.
A one-time purchase does not authorise recurring charges. Recurring billing applies only where a recurring plan, its price, billing interval and renewal conditions are clearly presented and you separately authorise it. Any applicable subscription terms must be available before purchase.
Delivery depends on the product and confirmation of payment. Guides may include account downloads; software may require a licence key, activation and compatible third-party software or data. Review the product page for included files, system requirements, licence/device limits and any stated access period. 4. Product licences and third-party materials
A purchase grants the use rights stated in its product description and applicable licence; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Third-party images, code, trademarks and other materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and licences. Any permission to adapt example code or templates is governed by the licence supplied with those materials. Nothing here restricts a use that applicable law or an applicable third-party licence permits.
5. Cancellations, refunds and billing corrections
Our Cancellation and Refund Policy sets out the purchase and cancellation process. We do not routinely refund a successfully delivered digital product solely for a change of mind. This does not limit rights concerning faulty, inaccessible, undelivered or materially misdescribed purchases or other remedies required by applicable law. Contact us about duplicate or incorrect charges. Downloading a file or receiving a licence key does not by itself remove a mandatory consumer remedy.
6. Advertising, recommendations and external links
Where a page contains advertising, sponsorship or a commission-bearing recommendation, we identify the advertising or disclose the relationship alongside that placement. Third-party sites and products have their own terms. An external link is not a guarantee of their content, availability or performance. 7. Service availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care in providing our content and digital products, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free operation in every third-party environment. Use backups and test technical examples appropriately before applying them to important systems. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude responsibility for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability, warranty, right or remedy that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Product descriptions and mandatory consumer protections are not displaced by these qualifications.
8. Complaints and dispute resolution
For consumer complaints, email [email protected] with the subject Consumer complaint, your order reference where available, and a description of the problem. We provide a complaint reference, acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month of receipt. Reply with your reference to ask for status. Do not send passwords, card security details or identity-document scans.
The laws of India govern these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Nothing here restricts your right to approach a competent consumer commission, court or other authority under applicable law. Privacy requests have their own request instructions.
9. Changes and earlier purchases
We show the update date when revising these terms. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights agreed for an earlier purchase. The terms and product/licence details supplied with an earlier order remain relevant to that order, together with mandatory law. A policy update or continued browsing does not authorise a new optional tracking purpose or a recurring charge.
