1. Services
InformBytes provides trading indicators, data analytics tools, and related digital products for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice.
2. Account Registration
You must create an account to access premium Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain Services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are in INR or USD as displayed, inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting support@informbytes.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the Services until the end of the paid period. We do not prorate refunds for partial billing periods.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are generally final. However, we offer a 7-day refund from the date of purchase for first-time subscribers if the product does not function as described. Refund requests must be submitted to support@informbytes.com within 7 days of purchase with a description of the issue. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
- Renewal charges after the initial subscription period.
- Accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.
- Requests made after 7 days of purchase.
- Previously refunded subscriptions.
This refund and cancellation policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and applicable Indian laws.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, indicators, code, and materials on the Website are the intellectual property of InformBytes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. InformBytes is not liable for trading losses, data loss, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
