Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to digital products and subscription services offered by InformBytes, Manikonda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500089, India. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Digital products (all sales final)
Products such as software, indicators (including Big Trades Bubble), guides, playbooks, and reports are delivered instantly as a download and/or license key. Because delivery is immediate and the product cannot be returned in a usable unused state, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
This includes change-of-mind requests, compatibility issues with your trading platform or system, and cases where you have already received the file or license key.
Please review the product page, system requirements, and this policy before you buy.
2. Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account and opening Subscription Settings, or
- Emailing support@informbytes.com from your registered email with a cancellation request.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until that period ends. We will not charge you again after cancellation is confirmed.
Subscription fees already paid for the current period are not refunded. There is no free trial and no cooling-off or money-back period on subscriptions.
3. When we may still issue a refund
We may issue a refund only if we cannot deliver the product or service because of a confirmed fault on our side — for example, a payment was taken but the license key or download was never issued, and we cannot resolve it.
We do not refund:
- Change of mind after purchase or delivery
- Requests made after you have received a license key, download, or login access
- Compatibility, installation, or platform issues on your device
- Renewal charges for a subscription that was not cancelled before the renewal date
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
- Orders that have already been refunded
4. How to contact us
For cancellation requests or a delivery failure, email support@informbytes.com with your order ID, registered email, and a short description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days. If a refund is approved under section 3, it will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may raise a dispute under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 through the appropriate consumer forum in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
